Laura Lequeu provides services including but not limited to:

• Educational content and awareness initiatives

The services provided by Laura Lequeu are informational and educational in nature.

They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.

Booking and Payments:

All services must be paid before the scheduled session or event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via:

• Revolut
• TWINT
• Bank transfer (upon request)

Payments made from a European bank account may be processed in EUR, while payments made from Switzerland must be processed in CHF. Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, the reservation is considered final.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or service, please inform Laura Lequeu as soon as possible.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
  The session can be rescheduled or refunded.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session:
  The session may be rescheduled once, but no refund will be issued.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or in case of no-show:
  The session is considered consumed and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

If Laura Lequeu needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to exceptional circumstances, an alternative date will be proposed.
