Laura Lequeu
Guidance & Support Consultant for you and/or your loved ones
Hello you,
I’m really happy you’re here and I am so proud of you.
I know that starting guidance and support like this can feel intimidating and that reopening parts of your journey or certain wounds can sometimes feel difficult but I want to reassure you: this is your safe place. I believe you, and I understand you.
With all my heart, I’m putting my experience and expertise at your disposal to empower you, guide you concretely, and support you in your life with endometriosis.
Through these consultations, I offer the kind of support I wish I had 8 years ago, when I finally got my endometriosis diagnosis. At the time, I experienced a real medical desert, both before and after, and I lost a lot of precious time, far too much time. This lack of guidance also led to multiple surgeries and long-term consequences that could have been avoided with the right information and support earlier on.
That’s exactly what I want to help you avoid.
The goal is simple: to help you regain control of your endometriosis journey and your healthcare path. There are no miracle solutions and no strange tricks here, only science, expertise, and a lot of care. Because in the end, what could be more powerful than that?
I can’t wait to meet you.

How Laura can support & guide you
Laura offers two types of support, depending on your needs and what feels right for you.
No matter which option you choose, everything begins with a first 1:1 session with Laura.
You may decide to book a single session, where you can talk about anything related to your endometriosis during that time together.
After this first session, if you feel the need for deeper and longer support, you can choose to continue with a more comprehensive and deep accompaniment that includes:
- 6 sessions with Laura
- Continuous and direct support through a private communication channel during the whole accompaniment
- Personalized insights and follow-up shared through written documents
If you decide to continue with this longer support after your first session, your first session will be offered.
All details about these options will be explained after your first session with Laura, so you can decide what feels right for you. Sessions can be done individually, or with your partner, parents, or loved ones if you feel it would be helpful. You will also be able to choose the topics you would like to focus on or other endometriosis-related questions you may have.

Most Requested Topics for Support & Guidance
Intimate Health, Sexual Health & Well-being
Endometriosis often has a direct impact on intimacy and sexuality. Rebuilding a comfortable relationship with your body often starts with the basics: understanding which intimate products are truly safe and body-friendly, learning about the composition of lubricants, and discovering reliable pelvology tools that can help you gently reconnect with your body and your sexuality.
Neuropelveology
In some cases, endometriosis affects the nerves of the pelvic region, leading to complex and often misunderstood symptoms. Understanding, diagnosing, and treating nerve involvement can be a long and challenging journey. After experiencing severe nerve-related endometriosis herself (which once left her in a wheelchair) Laura developed a deep interest in neuropelveology. She shares her knowledge to help others better understand this complex manifestation of endometriosis and guides them toward trusted medical resources
Couple & Relationship Life
Endometriosis can have a significant impact not only on the person living with the condition, but also on their relationships, social life, and family dynamics. For Laura, it is essential that partners and loved ones better understand endometriosis, because understanding is the first step toward meaningful support. She helps you find the right words to talk about the disease with those around you, navigate difficult conversations, and build stronger, more supportive relationships.
Intuitive Nutrition & Lifestyle
Laura does not believe in a single “anti-inflammatory diet” for everyone living with endometriosis. There are thousands of different endometriosis experiences, so why would there be only one diet for all? Instead, she encourages a more intuitive and individualized approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Laura helps you better understand the many perspectives around diet and endometriosis, and when needed, guides you toward qualified professionals who can support you in finding what works best for your own body & endo.
(In)Fertility
Endometriosis and fertility are often discussed only in relation to the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or uterus. In reality, the relationship between endometriosis and fertility is far more complex and multifactorial. Laura helps you better understand these different factors and the many realities that can exist around fertility and endometriosis, wherever you are in your journey, and whether or not having a pregnancy is part of your path.
Gentle & Adapted Movement/Sport
Being told to exercise when you are in pain can sometimes feel disconnected from reality. Yet, gentle and adapted movement can have real benefits for the body and the mind, and over time may also influence how we perceive and cope with pain related to endometriosis. Some types of movement may be more suitable than others depending on your symptoms and your body. Together, we explore what could work best for you and how to approach movement in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Mental Health & Emotional Well-being
Anger, sadness, loneliness… an endometriosis diagnosis can bring you into a journey of different emotional stages, whether you choose it or not, sometimes similar to grieving the life you had before the disease. These emotions are normal and part of the process. There is no need to feel ashamed of them or to push them away, they are part of you and part of your journey with endometriosis.
This path can be difficult, long, and filled with ups and downs. Yet it does not have to be a fatality. With time, understanding, and support, you can slowly move toward acceptance and discover a form of resilience you may not have known you had. There are no miracle solutions, but being listened to, sharing experiences, understanding what is happening, and receiving support can truly make a difference.
Understanding (Chronic) Pain Mechanisms
Pain is never “just in your head.” However, the brain can influence how pain is perceived and processed. Understanding how pain mechanisms work can help you feel more prepared when pain or an endometriosis flare occurs, because you will better understand what is happening in your body. Laura helps you explore and understand these mechanisms in a clear and accessible way. She can also explain some of the treatment approaches that may be offered in specialized pain clinics, which you can then discuss further with a pain specialist (algologist) experienced in endometriosis.
Safe Space to Talk Freely
This is your moment, just for you, with Laura. A space you can choose whenever you feel the need to talk, release what is on your mind, and share openly in a kind, gentle, and empathetic environment.
It is a moment to be heard without judgment, to exchange, and to (re)connect with a sense of hope, because hope is part of life. Laura is here to listen and support you, wherever you are, so you don’t have to go through this journey feeling alone. Never anymore.
